MINUTES OF OLD WINDSOR CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING
HELD ON WEDNESDAY 9th March 2016 AT 7:30 PM

1. Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the last meeting were read, agreed and signed by the chair.
2. Finance
3. Actions from Previous Meeting
• Boiler has been replaced
• Step on Fire Escape has been repaired
• Stop end on gutter has been fixed
• Temporary struts have been placed on fence in car park
4. Matters Arising
• OW Carnival – Jason to meet with Ron to determine if equipment will be available to support the Carnival this year. Update at next meeting
• New storage area. Cost estimates have been obtained. To be reviewed and discussed at the next meeting
• Cost of additional small ice machine for bar are to be obtained. This will take place after the bar refurbishment
• Additional cost to be optioned for snooker ball cleaning unit
• There was a review of the booking policy and pricing for 2016. Further review to take place at the next meeting
• Urinals to be replaced. Date to be arranged mid/late April
5. Repairs and Maintenance
• Carpet tiles in the meeting room to be replaced
• Bar tops quote to be reviewed. New prices to be sought and to include replacement bar tops, replacement hand rails and general repairs within the bar area.
• Issue with thermostat to be reviewed
6. Bar
• Bar stock and rotation to be reviewed. Full bar stock inventory to take place and review of stock ordering and storage. To be reviewed at next meeting
• New booking procedure to be reviewed for hire of hall. Deposit will be required for all bookings
7. Entertainment
• Two acts have been booked for March. Irish night and Motown evening
• Scheduled events to be booked and planned for 2016
8. Membership
• It was agreed that the membership fee will remain the same for 2016
9. AOB
• Bar cost comparison to take place at next meeting. Prices to be review
10. Date of Next Meeting – 13th April 2016 – 7:30pm
