The minutes of the previous meeting were read and agreed. - Repairs and Maintenance
Nothing to report. The benches at the front of the club need to be spruced up and the wall on the flower bed needs repointing. - Refurbishment
The back hall will be refurbished in April and will be discussed in more depth at the next meeting. - Bar

Next function is BB3 Band — Saturday 19th October Scar Souls Band — Saturday 23rd November New Years Eve — Beatles Tribute Band mixed with 50’s & 60’s music. - Membership
There was nothing to report. - Carvery
As we move into autumn, the carvery will now resume from Sunday 6th October. - AOB
Members are reminded that they should not be attending ticketed functions unless they have purchased tickets. Please respect this cute as this is a matter of trust and is unfair to members who are supporting the club by purchasing tickets. Thank you. - Date and time of next meeting:
