MINUTES OF OLD WINDSOR CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 13TH NOVEMBER 2013 AT 7:30 PM
- Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and agreed. - Repairs and Maintenance
The ramp a needs adjusting to enable disabled access and this needs to be completed by end of January. A discussion took place regarding the provision of a disabled toilet and a site survey will be carried out to see if this is feasible. Jason is arranging for the benches to be dipped and stained. - Refurbishment
The back hall will be refurbished in April and will be discussed in more depth at the next meeting. - Bar
Lorraine is off sick following a knee operation and is being covered. The handrail is to be returned to the club this weekend and will be refitted. - Entertainment
Functions are advertised on the website and members are also being notified via email. Posters are also displayed in the foyer.

No Sunday lunches until further notice. Interest has been shown for a replacement. Last year’s Christmas decorations will be used to decorate the club as we do not have the budget for new ones. Rob will be looking into getting a bigger satellite dish due to constant loss of signal and the possibility of upgrading to Premier League. - Date and time of next meeting
