Minutes of the last meeting – The minutes of the 14th November were read, agreed and signed by the Chair
Finance
Actions from Previous Meeting
Affinity Water – BG spoke to Lynn Jones and confirmed charges are as expected. Bill to be now paid
Stock audit – To take place 3rd of Jan. JG to produce a list price in preparation for audit
AGM – BG to review date with Mr Spurling and confirm date for AGM
Sports Schedule & club Marketing – Advertisement sent out for new committee member. JH/Pc to review
Contactless Card Machine – Has been replaced with a wireless card machine
Repair’s to flat – Complete
Fence in Car Park – Additional quote to be agreed. Awaiting start date
Air Fresheners – Contract for options on regular air freshener replacement to be reviewed
Crown Estate – Inspection Complete – Feedback on club was very positive
Air conditioning – Lounge units to be serviced – JG
Health & Safety – door to flat to be reviewed. Review to take place of previous audit. JH/NM
Electrical Review – Complete, awaiting certificates
Matters Arising
Bar Fly’s – Problem has visibly reduced. To me monitored over coming weeks
Glass Washer – Options to be reviewed for replacement – JG to update
Donations– The following have been agreed – £200 to Old Windsor Christmas Party and £100 for OW Bingo event
Fire Alarm Test – To be scheduled on a regular basis. Dates and times to be confirmed
Bar Area Tidy Up – Cables, wires , non-bar essentials to be tidied up in bar area
Council Rate increase – To be reviewed and discussed at next meeting
Price Increase – To be reviewed in early January 2018
Office Printer – JG to review options and buy replacement printer for the office
Bar Checklist – JG to present template at next meeting
Repairs and Maintenance
Digital Lock – To be fitted by early Jan
Portable Ramp – Options to be discussed at next meeting
Bar Cellar – More time to be spent on preventative measures
Bar Tops, hand & foot rails – Work to commence 3/4/5 January 2018
Bar Checklist – to be compiled for all day to day jobs. To be used in case of unexpected illness or staff shortages
Glasses – New glasses to be order (especially Strongbow) and old glasses to be removed from bar area
Dishwasher Service – Additional options to be explored – BG
Stock Ordering – Further review to take place on weekly stock ordering process
Gate at Rear – Gate to be repaired and new lock added
Entertainment
2018 events – Options under consideration, Blues Brothers, NRG Band, Elvis tribute, Jason Searle, Robbie Williams impersonator. Details and dates to be reviewed and confirmed
New Year’s Eve Live Band – Tickets will be £10 each for members and will include a light snack. Tickets have sold out
Christmas Entertainment agreed for 22nd December. Skin & Blister Band

Social Secretary – A need has arisen for a new committee member to deal with events and social medial. Advertisements to be put up in club

Snooker Area – Special note of thanks to Nigel for all the work he has put into getting the snooker room ready
Old Windsor FC – It was agreed that the Club would re-form the sponsorship of the OW Football Club. The cost would be split between the Football club and the OW Club. Details to be reviewed and agreed early 2018
