MINUTES OF OLD WINDSOR CLUB COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON WEDNESDAY 12th July 2017 AT 7:30 PM

Minutes of the last meeting – The minutes of the 10th May were read, agreed and signed by the Chair.
Finance
Staff wage has increased slight with the reduction in hours of full staff
CCTV costs included in this month’s summary, £5,500
Contactless Card issue ongoing. JG to discuss matter directly with PayPal
Actions from Previous Meeting
Drop Bag – Has been purchased
Staff Rotas – Are being published and displayed
Matters Arising
Electrical Review – Review of Club electrical complete. Approval has been given for work to start in early August
Front Doors – Quote to be obtained to replace or upgrade doors to the main entrance
Health & Safety – Work to be carried out as part of electrical upgrade. Review to take place once completed
Front of Building – Area to be revamped post electrical work completing
Repairs and Maintenance
Storage Areas – Decision to be postponed until all internal work has been completed within the club (electrical and H&S)
Fence in Car Park – JH to review options and get new quote
Bar repairs – New quote requested for replacement bar tops. Further options to be explored. JH to meet ET to discuss options
Hot Tap – Tap in men’s toilets to be reviewed as hot water is not coming through. JH to look at options
Digital Lock – To be added to cleaning area in front foyer
Bar & Club
CD Player – To be left on during all shifts. Staff to be notified
Bar Prices – JG to arrange meeting with Ian/Heineken to discuss offer from Carling
Replacement Oven – Reconditioned oven to be purchased for kitchen. Approval has been given by committee
Stock levels – to be reviewed again. Stock to be reduced over coming months before large orders are placed
Eco– Pub – Complete
Entertainment
Sports Schedule – Notice to be put up in Club, on the bar, in gent’s toilets, on blackboard at front and on the website and Facebook advertising up and coming major sports events. Trial to take place of Sunday afternoon football. Extra bar staff to be available for big games
New Year’s Eve – Band to be confirmed at meeting early August

Group Membership Cards – Completed for OW Book Club
